In individual therapy we explore your unique strengths and experiences in the context of your current circumstances.  We work together to discover and work through any blocks that may be getting in the way of positive growth. 

Parenting Support/Counseling

Parenting is a tough job.  Just when we think we have figured out what to do or how to respond as a parent, things can shift, for many reasons.  Parent counseling is an opportunity to explore ways which you can support healthy communication and growth with your child.  Ultimately, as a parent or caregiver you are part of the solution to your child’s mental health. 

Family/dyadic therapy

Family therapy involves working with the whole family or several members of the family together to help improve communication and family relationships.  Sometimes parent child dyads can use unique support.

Single session consultation

A single session consultation is a one-time service in which we meet for 75 minutes focusing on one area you would like support around.  After gathering some history around the issue, understanding your strengths, and unique needs, we work collaboratively to develop next steps.
